Deylo is an invite-gated, community-based social app. To use Deylo, you must create an account with an invite code and join the community tied to that invite. Invite codes grant registration and referral tracking only; they do not claim, unlock, or transfer drops.
Users must provide accurate account information and must be old enough to use the service under applicable law. Users under 13 may not use Deylo.
Use Deylo to send location-based drops to registered people in your community, unlock drops by going there, and reply after unlock.
Do not use Deylo to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, spam, or harm others. Do not send illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, invasive, or otherwise unsafe content. Do not leave a drop somewhere that is unsafe to reach, or somewhere the recipient cannot lawfully go. Do not try to bypass invite, membership, location, notification, safety, or security controls.
Drops are tied to physical places. Unlocks require location confirmation inside the drop radius. Community membership controls who can create, receive, unlock, and reply to drops; invite codes do not unlock drops.
Deylo may receive reports, process blocks, disable memberships, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when needed to protect users, communities, the product, or the law.
Blocks are designed to reduce unwanted contact. Reports are reviewed by a person.
You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or ask by writing to help@deyloapp.com from the address on the account. Deylo may retain drops, replies, invite redemptions, reports, and certain safety records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deylo is new and will change. Deylo may add, remove, pause, or modify features, including invite allocation, geofencing behavior, notifications, moderation processes, and community availability.
Deylo is provided as is. The app may be interrupted, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Location and notification systems depend on device, OS, network, and permission behavior outside Deylo's full control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Deylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
Deylo may update these terms as the product changes. If they change in a way that matters, the date on this page changes.
